Here's one I missed entirely because I rarely include "EP" in my google searches.
Richard Marx, who had quite a run on the charts from from 1987 well into the late
90s, including 3 #1 hits (and then turned to writing number one hits for other
artists), is ready to release "The Christmas EP" come November 1.  Marx contributed
"Santa Claus Is Back In Town" to "The Sounds Of Christmas" compilation in 2009.
Now the EP and, as Tommy James did a few years back, Marx plans to work this into a
full album--probably for next season--adding another 7 holiday numbers to the 5
appearing here.  At the moment, this looks like a digital only release.
